The camera carefully moves closer to the camp in the Algerian desert. The Sahrawi have always lived in the Western Sahara. Since the illegal annexation by Morocco in 1976, roughly 170,000 Sahrawi have lived in camps, which have grown into small towns. The film takes a fragmented look at the life behind the walls of sand.
