In a filmic mosaic in which every small stone is painted by cinematic means, Alfoz Tanjour lays bare memories from the years of fearful silence under the Assad regime, and the incessant echo of the war experience. He interweaves his thoughts of a country that no longer exists, as such, with the stories of four people who also had to leave their homeland. And there it is again, appearing continually: khaki, the color of the military clothing and school uniforms, symbol of the Assad era.
