Lichtblitze

In her cinematographic sheet lightning, Lisl Ponger explores the power of suddenly glistening images and finds her way back to the original magic of cinema. In this, the flashes are both in the sky and in the projector. The light shooting out from the darkness generates afterimages that then illuminate the screen also long after an image can be seen. A film as proof that sometimes, in the mere blink of an eye, you miss everything.
