I will take your shadow

The brothers Jancsi and Bandi flee the Nazi regime from Vienna to Palestine in 1939. Years later, Jancsis’s granddaughter goes in search of the family’s history and finds herself in a black-and-white thicket of ghosts, shadows, and perspectives that Ayala Shoshana Guy attempts to climb through in her autobiographical animated film.
