Marko Feingold – Ein jüdisches Leben

Documentary Film, AT 2021, digital, 114 min, dOF

At the age of 106, Marko Feingold, who died in 2019, was the oldest Jewish man in Austria. He survived four concentration camps and for his entire life, considered it his duty to keep alive the memory of the Holocaust and confront deniers. Here, on the basis of a long interview, not only can one listen to the unspeakable experiences of a person—Marko Feingold – Ein jüdisches Leben also grants insight into society’s emotional state—yesterday as well as today.
