The peaceful aesthetic of the mountainous landscape and the playful jerking movements of the main character puppet cannot hide that there is something more serious going on: Life ends faster than expected. Like Kronos eating his children, the clock tower beheads the watchman who – on purpose or not – leans out the window too far while the music of Ciao Merlin is playing in the background.
