Voyeuristic curiosity in the YouTube era: A young woman is lying on a bed. She is trying to lure her supposed ex-boyfriend back. Lascivious but insecure, she negotiates with her words and her body, her gaze directed time and again toward the camera/computer screen. We return the gaze, assuming the recipient’s role along with a million other Internet users. Privacy has long left the private sphere.
