Transsexual Stéphanie lives in Paris with Djamel, both selling themselves to pay the rent. Mikhail, an illegal immigrant from Chechnya, enters the scene and a triangular relationship ensues. The three outcasts are able to find comfort and passion in each other until an encounter with Stéphanie’s mother reopens their wounds.
