An expanding point of light carries us off into deep (filmic) space. Concrete and abstract images collide, a cinematic diorama unfolds. Eve Heller weaves a playful, avant-garde, sci-fi collage from analog snippets flashing on film history and pop-culture. Offscreen voices sound a linguistic mosaic about time, space, movement and the perception of these categories – especially as understood through the filter of cinema and through the film itself.
