The projector casts a blurry image of Austria’s supposedly natural idyll. In front of it, a man in full hunting gear including the traditional “Landlerhut”. “Oh that’s beautiful, very very beautiful!” The images seem to send him into raptures, “Delightfully beautiful, wonderful!” The resulting empty repetition of these phrases compliments the underlying, subversively affirmative mood of the performance. One thing is clear, something is wrong here. Whoever is disturbing the message, is disturbed – oh that’s beautiful!
