One of the oldest and longest narrow gauge railways in the world runs along Wassertal (Water valley). This remote region on the Romanian-Ukranian border is only reachable via this railway, and is usually only visited by the loggers who, from Monday till Saturday, call this impenetrable terrain their home. A tranquil, poetic study of the people and working conditions in the middle of nowhere, at the outer edges of the European Union.
