In this video, Fiona Rukschcio works out the true case of a rape that occurred in 1994. While off-screen voices reproduce the protocolled statements before the court, the night of the crime is re-enacted with minimalist sketches and anonymized photographs. Rukschcio’s aesthetic approach follows years of searching for alternative images on the theme of violence against women.
