Marching in lock step. A group of queer couples seize control of the theater, film and performance spheres. The clever and opulently staged intervention breaks with architectural conventions and (the resulting) societal dynamics of power – appropriating, reinterpreting and penetrating them in the process. The actors’ expressions remain poised and undaunted. We are witness to an act of (sexual) self­determination.
