In the music video for “Ca Ca Caravan,” Marie- Thérèse Zumtobel and Anselm Hartmann send the pop duo Fijuka into the expanses of the universe, where they fight as fearless heroes for galactic freedom. The ironic, playful homage to 1960s B-movies and science fiction series celebrates camp culture: the artificial, theatrical excess, triumph of style over content, and the ability to “dethrone the serious” (Susan Sontag).
