Brenner (Josef Hader) returns to Graz, the city of his youth. In the confrontation with his childhood friends, his first love, and his biggest youthful follies, a murder occurs and a fateful shot to the head. When Brenner wakes from coma, he goes in search of his murderer – although everyone claims that he is the one who did it. At the beginning, Brenner was finished, but at the end he might be on the brink of a new beginning.
