The dancers of the company Liquid Loft move through space as though in a time-loop, their bodies become fluid, blur in concave mirrors, stretch out, distort to grimaces. Stranger Than Paradise considers them in their becoming, in painful deformation processes. A tantalizing cinematic meditation on medial transformations of body images and the impossibility of communication.
