A heavy metal guitar staccato breaks the silence. Billy Roisz renders the Eisenwalzer by the band Broken.Heart.Collector into video feedback. The screen vibrates in a yellow flicker, and as the music gains intensity, the whole screen broadens into a richly textured mosaic. As the soundscape reaches its climax, Roisz's patterns surge vertically through the screen like wire cables, before trailing off hypnotically into a chime of bells.
