STATEMENT ON THE ACCESSIBILITY OF THE WEBSITE www.diagonale.at
Diagonale endeavours to make its website www.diagonale.at as accessible as possible. The website is partially accessible in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
As this website is already quite old and has grown over the years, not all areas are yet fully accessible. For example, documents or certain multimedia content may have restrictions and image descriptions may be missing. Furthermore, parts of the website are not mobile responsive, including the online programme, and are therefore not accessible. We are continuously working to improve accessibility step by step. A planned relaunch of the website will be given special consideration in this regard. Full accessibility of the current website is currently only possible to a limited extent for technical and financial reasons and is considered a disproportionate burden.
Feedback:
If you notice any barriers or problems when using the website, we would appreciate your feedback at office(at)diagonale.at. Your feedback will help us to make the content more accessible, also with regard to the upcoming relaunch of the site.
Status of the declaration: November 11, 2025
This declaration is based on a self-assessment and an assessment by the web developers at www.diagonale.at.
Enforcement procedure:
If you are not satisfied with our declaration, you can contact the Social Ministry’s Arbitration Board for Disability Equality at www.sozialministeriumservice.at.
