Showdown in a Viennese backyard. The Mexican arena in Sam Peckinpah’s The Wild Bunch is relocated by Hans Schabus into an almost empty atelier of a government housing building in Vienna. The voice-over is the original sound of the Western classic and the editing, camera movement, and takes are based on it as well. The empty atelier turns into a place of conflict and confrontation.
