“Begin a new day fully motivated.” That’s the motto of the young promoters of the aid agency Malteser Hilfsdienst. From door to door they ask for donations, always looking for new supporters. Some are more successful in soliciting than others. In the end, it’s all in your head, both team leaders agree. New day, new luck. Ein Sommer voller Türen documents the dynamics of a solicitor’s group over the span of a few months: during the day at work, at night in the common lodging, at their sales training, and the village disco.
