Jessyca R. Hauser and Jeremias Altmann show us their day- to-day life, their version of Vienna: The museum quarter, the Krieau racetrack, and the subway network. Static shots reveal public places, which in turn are “privatized” by off-camera commentary – at times describing, at other times assessing. Image and sound proceed asynchronously, the film becomes a riddle. “Is this art?” one asks. “Yes, somehow I think it’s cool.”
