With a broad spectrum of acoustic colors and a complex network of horizontal and vertical lines that vibrate either in a quavering staccato-like way or stream rhythmically through the black image, Billy Roisz’s paris visualizes the finely differentiated richly varied structure of the initially brute seeming sounds of the Norwegian noise punk band MoE: a sung world war in filigree abstraction.
