The deadline for accreditations for the Diagonale 2012 is over.

Who is eligible for accreditation?

Representatives of all media (print, internet, radio, TV, press agents, press photographers), who report on the Diagonale can apply for accreditation. Please contact our press office by February 20, 2012 at the latest, providing your name, the complete address of your editorial offices and a letter of confirmation from your editor.

The Diagonale Press Accreditation includes free tickets for all films in the festival program, a complimentary copy of the Diagonale-Catalog, free access to the current exhibitions at the Graz Art Museum and reduced entrance fees for the Diagonale-Nightline.

All information regarding accreditation can be found on the relevant pages of the press office. We request that all accredited press agents send a copy of their references to the press office at:

Those accredited include representatives of film, television, video and cinema, professionally active filmmakers, film students and representatives of other film festivals. The festival reserves the right to decide upon accreditations after reviewing the required references and/or documents.  Please note that this year there will be a 10 Euros fee for your accreditation, which is due upon pick up.

The Diagonale Sector Accreditation includes free tickets for all films in the festival program, a complimentary copy of the Diagonale-Catalog, free access to the current exhibitions at the Graz Art Museum and reduced entrance fees for the Diagonale-Nightline. Accreditation alone does not ensure automatic access to either the Diagonale opening or the Diagonale award ceremony.

Should you wish to be accredited for the 2012 Diagonale, please send an email with the subject line “Application for Accreditation” by the 20th of February at the latest. The email must include details of your professional activity and the relevant attesting documents (your full company address, your name and your activity; filmmakers are requested to provide a filmography or proof of membership of a professional organization). Applications received after the accreditation deadline (February 20, 2012) will only be considered in exceptional cases. Please understand that in these cases there will be an additional administrative fee of 35 Euros.
